Answer: No, anyone male or female aged 16 or over can become a marshal, we have some very good female marshals in our group. see Who can join the Group.
Question: "Do you need to spend a lot of money on years of training before you can marshal"
Answer: No not at all, we will provide all the training you need, it's totally FREE, and you won't have to spend hours in a class room before you are allowed to go on a rally stage, but you will be put with an experienced marshal who will look after you, see Marshals Training
Question: "What if my lack of knowledge causes an accident, or I dont know how to deal with a problem"
Answer: You won't just be taken to a rally stage, left on your own, and told to get on with it!, you will be put with an experienced marshal who will look after you and answer all your questions, see How will the Group Operate and Marshals Training
Question: "Do I have to attend every event, I don't think I could commit myself to marshalling every weekend"
Answer: There is absolutely no commitment, you are given details of the event, and YOU choose if you are going to do it, all I ask is you let me know either way, see How will the Group Operate
