I have received the 3 lots of thanks from Tony Cotton, who is our sector commander at the FOS.

Tony thanked me on the Sunday before I left the sign on tent at Goodwood saying "thanks for all you and your team have done, a great job as usual"., he then sent me a text about an hour later when we were travelling home, it said "Hi mate, you and your team were outstanding as usual, my thanks to you".  The following evening I received a phone call from Tony, the call was full of praise for our efforts at the FOS, some of his comments were "you did a brilliant job as usual, I just give you the other side to run and I don't have to worry about it, it always runs fine, you and your team did a superb job again, it is a pleasure working with you and I look forward to working with you again next year, but I want to see even more burnouts and doughnuts", I told him that we want to see that as well, and that my goal for next year was to get all the BARC marshals jumping over the bales.
